在多聚磷酸介质中,氯酸钾直接氧化间苯三酚会产生化学发光,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对体系有增敏作用,结合流动注射技术建立了一种测定间苯三酚的新方法,该法线性范围为0.010μg/L~10μg/L,检出限为3.9×10-3μg/L,对1.0×10-2μg/L的间苯三酚溶液进行连续测定(n=11),相对标准偏差(R.S.D.)为3.4%.该方法用于测定废水中间苯三酚的含量,结果令人满意.
Chemiluminescence reaction of phloroglucinol with potassium chlorate in the presence of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS) as an enhancer is investigated.A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of phloroglucinol with flow injection technique is developed.The linear range for phloroglucinol is 0.010 μg/L~10 μg/L with a detection limit of 3.9×10-3 μg/L.The relative standard deviation is 3.4% for 1.0×10-2 μg/L phloroglucinol in 11 repeated measurements.This method has been used for the determination of the content of phloroglucinol in simulated water with satisfactory results.
