介绍了配电网自动化系统的概念,阐述了10KV单相接地故障的特点及难于查找的原因和遥控终端单元(Remote Terminal Unit,简称RTU)在配电自动化过程中所起的作用,利用RTU的远动功能处理10kV接地故障,并针对RTU自身存在的不足从配电网结构上采取了一种全新的改进方案,分析了该方案的使用限制及限制原因,并以“手拉手”型环网为例进行了实例分析。
The concept of network automation system is introduced first in this paper. The characteristics of 10 kV phase-to-ground fault, the cause of being difficult to find and the function of remote terminal units (RTU) in power distribution automation process are also discussed. 10 kV phase-to-ground fault is removed by RTU's remote control function through the RTU-re-closer scheme. Based on the network structure, a brand new scheme aiming at the inadequacy of RTU is adopted whose application limitations and the reasons of this scheme are analyzed . The practical examples based on hand-in-hand loop network are analyzed too.
