光伏电站大规模集中并网运行可能会引起系统电压波动,从而影响电力系统的稳定运行。为降低光伏电站并网对系统安全稳定的不利影响,减少输电系统网损,该文研究了光伏电站的无功/电压控制问题,首先分析了系统有功功率和无功功率对光伏电站并网点电压的影响,进而提出了一种基于无功功率裕度分配的光伏电站静态无功/电压控制策略,最后搭建了某实际光伏电站并网模型,通过动态仿真验证了所提控制策略的可行性和准确性。
The operation of large-scale grid-connected photovoltaic( PV) power plants may cause the voltage fluctuation issue,which will affect the stable operation of power system. In order to reduce the adverse effects on the system safety and stability and the power network loss caused by PV plants,this paper investigates the reactive power and voltage control of PV plant. Firstly,we analyze the effect of active and reactive power on voltage of interconnection point. Secondly,we propose a reactive power and voltage control strategy for PV plant based on reactive power margin distribution. At last,we establish a real PV plant grid integration system model,and prove the feasibility and correctness of the proposed control strategy by dynamic simulations.
