低碳经济作为一种新的经济发展形态可以取得经济社会与生态环境效益的双赢．发展低碳经济需要企业积极践行生态伦理，自觉维护生态平衡。提高企业生态伦理的实践水平，必须解决生态伦理诉求与企业经营追求利润最大化目标的矛盾。对防止污染的绿色技术——清洁生产的双重价值分析表明，清洁生产是企业推进低碳经济发展的实用工具。
英文摘要：
Being a new Pattern of economic development, low-Carbon economy can get a win-win situation of economic benefit and ecological environment benefit. To develop low- carbon Economy, enterprises must enhance their practice in ecological ethics. There is contradiction, however, between the ecological ethic appeal induced by moral standards and the profit maximization pursued by enterprises. This paper analyzes the double values of cleaner production, a kind of green technology, which focuses on preventing pollution and proposes that is a useful management tool for low- carbon economy development.
