为了便于识别加工序列是否满足工序优化过程中的相关工艺约束,引进工艺约束矩阵实现了定性约束的转化及加工序列的合法性识别;通过设计相应的转化准则、矩阵检测及修正措施,保证了约束信息转化的可靠性与准确性;提出了用于识别加工序列合法性的匹配算法,并基于约束矩阵,建立了工序优化的数学模型,利用遗传算法实现了工序优化求解,获得了最优/次优的加工序列。实例结果表明,基于约束矩阵的工艺优化不仅能得到最优/次优的工艺,而且运算效率也有所提高。
In order to identify whether the process sequence to meet the related process constraints in the optimizing process, the transformation of qualitative constraints and the identification of process sequence's legitimacy were got through the introduction of process constraint matrix herein. Several transfer rules, matrix check and modification methods were designed to make sure the reliability and the veracity of the constraint information transformation process. A matching algorithm to identify the legality of the process sequence was proposed based on the constraint matrix. The mathematic model of process sequence optimization was set up and with genetic algorithm the best/hypo--best process was obtained. An example shows the constraint matrix ensures the process's veracity and en- hances the operation efficiency in the process sequence optimization.
