探讨了一种柔性辗压成形工艺,该工艺利用多点调形的思想,用多点支撑的柔性辊代替传统摆动辗压的上部锥形模,由柔性辊来实现坯料上部曲面的辗压加工。通过建立柔性辗压的有限元模型,分析了该工艺的可行性;利用点追踪技术分析了成形过程中的金属流动规律;探讨了加工过程中轴向总载荷及各单元的受力特点;研究了加工过程中出现的缺陷和问题,提出了改进方法。
A flexible rotary forging process was proposed and studied. Based on multi-point adjusting method, the upper roller in rotary forging was replaced with a flexible roller which was supported by a series of numerical controlled rod. By adjusting the height of each supporting rod, the shape of the flexible roller could be changed accordingly. With the self-rotation of the flexible roller, the workpiece was formed under the compressive force. Using finite element analysis technology, the feasibility of this technique was studied. The metal flow affecting the mechanical properties was analyzed with point tracking technique. The total Z load and load on each supporting rod were calculated. And the forming defects easily occurred during flexible rotary forging were simulated. Two improved techniques were put forward to prevent the defects.
