在不加有机胺的条件下,在水热体系中用硅铝微球作原料合成出骨架硅/铝摩尔比为3.1的高硅Y型沸石,并对其热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,合成样品的热稳定性明显高于工业NaY沸石的热稳定性。通过SEM表征发现,合成样品的粒径较工业NaY沸石的粒径有明显降低,有用作纳米催化剂的可能性。
In hydrothermal system, high silica zeolite Y with the maximum framework Si/Al (molar ratio) of 3.1 was prepared by using aluminosilicate gel as source. Organic amine was not used in this system. The thermal stability of synthesized sample was better than that of commercial zeolite HY. The crystal diameter of the synthesized sample was smaller than that of commercial zeolite NaY, indicating that it may be used as nanosized catalyst.
