Z56151工作面的煤层有夹矸层,采煤时不可避免会有矸石和煤一起采出,为测试工作面的煤密度和矸石密度,以及采出的煤矸比,拟采用实验室测试的方法确定采出的煤矸比。实验室制备煤和矸石试样各30组,对60组试样进行测试,得到煤的密度为1 434 kg/m^3,矸石密度为1 962 kg/m^3。最后建立煤矸比的求解模型,根据已知数据和实验室测试的数据,计算得到煤在混合料中的百分比为81%,矸石的百分比为19%,混合料中的煤矸比大约为4∶1。
Coal gangue and coal produced together when mining in Z56151 working surface which included paxting layer. In order to test density and recovery ratio of coal and gangue, method of the lab tests was adopted. 30 groups of coal and gangue samples were prepared and 60 groups were tested, which showed that density of coal was 1434 kg / m3, and gangue density was 1962 kg / m3. Finally, numerical model of coal gangue ratio was built. According to known data and laboratory test data, percentage of coal in the mixture was calculated as 81%, percentage of gangue was 19 %, and coal and gangue ratio was about 4 : 1.
