高丹草数量性状的多元遗传分析

采用多元遗传分析方法分析了高丹草12个性状间的遗传关系。结果表明,12个性状分别载荷在3个主因子上,第1因子为绿色体产量因子,包括分蘖数、茎粗、叶片数、单株干重、单株鲜重、叶宽,第2因子为生育因子,第3因子为穗长因子或负因子;同时通过主成分分析明确了各性状对综合性状的贡献;聚类分析把12个性状聚为3类,第1类为单株干重、单株鲜重、叶宽、叶片数、分蘖数、茎粗、小穗数,第2类为株高、叶长和穗长,第3类为叶茎比和生育期,且聚类分析与因子分析结果基本一致。因此,通过对这些性状的选择,可以达到对饲用产量性状选择的目的。

英文摘要:

The genetic relationships among 12 characters of sorghum x Sudan have been studied in multi - genetic statistical analysis. Result showed, the 12 characters were carried on 3 main factors respectively. The first main factor was green yield factor including 6 characters, tiller number, stem thickness, leaf number, dry weight, fresh weight and leaf width. The second main factor was growth factor. And the third main factor was spike factor or negative factor. Meanwhile, the relationship of characters and the contribution to synthetic index were showed through the method of main element analysis. They were grouped into three types according to cluster analysis. The first type includes dry weight, fresh weight, leaf width, leaf number, tiller number, stem thickness and spike number. The second type includes high, leaf length and spike length. The third type includes weight ratio of leaf and growth period, but also, the result of the cluster analysis showed no difference to the factor analysis. So, the target of forage grass yield was realized.
