微博与微信作为当今发展速度最快的社交网络产品,成为人们生活中不可或缺的即时通信软件。本文采用问卷调查的方法,以微博微信的用户作为问卷的调查对象,其中主要的调查对象为在校大学生,通过对回收的有效调查问卷的数据进行统计分析,结合相关文献的理论与前人得出的结论,分析微博与微信的用户在哪些因素的影响下增强了其使用意愿,验证两款软件在用户使用行为中存在的区别。比较分析的结果显示,微博与微信的主要区别在于社会交流方式、娱乐方式、商业活动、获取新鲜事物等各类不同因素的用户需求。因此,未来微博与微信的发展渠道应主要依据用户实际需求着手完善,从而既满足用户需求又使社交软件得到一定改善。
Micro-blog and We-chat, as today' s the most rapidly developed social communication network products, become the in- dispensable communication software of human beings. By using questionnaire on micro-blog and we-chat users, mainly on college students, by statistically analyzing the data of the questionnaire, based on the previously related conclusions in the literatures and theo- ries, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the using willing of micro-blog and we-chat users, and tests the difference in the users' application of two kinds of software. Comparison and analysis results show that the main difference of micro-blog and we-chat lies in the users' demand of different factors such as social communication method, entertainment method, business activity, new information ac- quirement and so on. Thus, future micro-blog and we-chat development channel will mainly depend on users' practical demand to be perfected so that the users' demand will be satisfied and that social communication software will be improved.
