云计算等新兴技术的发展使得企业管理信息系统面临着重要的发展机遇和严峻的挑战，基于云的管理信息系统（云服务信息系统）再造问题的研究变得十分迫切。本文首先进行了云服务信息系统的特征分析；并总结了云服务信息系统的应用实践情况；然后从决策优化、技术服务、安全保障三个方面综述了云服务信息系统再造的研究现状；并进一步提炼和总结了云服务信息系统再造中的关键问题，结合不同领域的应用需求，提出了基于云的企业管理信息系统再造的未来研究方向及应用前景。
英文摘要：
With the development of cloud computing, significant opportunities and challenges in the field of enterprise management information system have been escalated. It is very crucial to analyze the problems of Cloud-Based Management Information System. The study first analyzes the characteristics of CBMIS and summarizes the concept and scope of cloud of application for four different cloud deployment models. It then reviews the research status of CBMIS reengineerlng in decision optimization, technical services and security, and refines the key problems of CBMIS re-engineering. Some future research directions and application prospects of CBMIS re-engineering have been given in the end of the paper.
