以疏水端含双键的两亲性分子油酸聚乙二醇酯(OEO-5)为改性剂,并在溶胀表面引入引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)表面进行了包埋改性。X线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的结果表明,溶胀层位于HDPE表面的无定形区。溶胀度越高,改性表面的接触角越低,溶胀度16.3%时的接触角达到了15.3°。改性表面浸水5周后,其接触角仍保持在47.0°,显示了良好的亲水稳定性。AIBN及双键的引入有利于两亲分子包埋改性表面亲水稳定性的改善。
An entrapping modification was carried out on the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) surface by applying the poly (ethylene oxide ) monooleate ( OEO-5) modifier and introducing 2,2'- azobisisobutyronitrile( AIBN) initiator into the swollen HDPE surface.By X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), a swelling layer was proved to locate in the amorphous region on the swollen HDPE surface,from which the modifier could penetrate into the surface. Therefore, a higher swelling degree would facilitate modifier entrapment into the surface.The lowest contact angle of 15. 3° was reached on the surface based on the highest swelling degree of 16. 3%.Benefiting from introduction of AIBN and the double bond of OEO-5, excellent water immersion durability was exhibited on the modified surface with a lower contact angle of 47. 0°even after 5 weeks of water contact.
