This paper discusses the bounded rationality of organization and the evolution process of organizational innovation. Then it analyzes the characteristics of organizational innovation evolution, namely complexity, externality and path dependency as well as accumulation. And it proposes the operable suggestions for enhancing organizational innovation capability.
