考察了味精废水培养生物絮凝剂产生菌——酱油曲霉(Aspergillus sojae)的条件,比较了在三种不同培养基中该菌种发酵产生絮凝剂的情况。实验结果表明:利用不同培养基培养酱油曲霉。产生絮凝剂的最大絮凝活性基本相当,最大絮凝活性出现时间的先后顺序为:查氏培养基、含蔗糖味精废水培养基、不含蔗糖味精废水培养基。实际废水净化实验表明:产生的絮凝剂对多种废水具有良好的净化效果,对染织厂废水处理的效果最好,CODCr色度、浊度的去除率分别为72%、97.3%、96.2%。
The conditions of cultivating Aspergillus sojae in glutamic acid wastewater have been studied. And the flocculation characteristics of bioflocculant produced by Aspergillus sojae in three different cultivation media are compared. The experimental results show that the flocculation efficiency of bioflocculant produced by using different media is more or less the same but only the cuhivating time at which the maximum efficiency appeared is different. The sequence of the peak efficiency wastewater(containing saccharose),glutamic acid experiments demonstrate that the bioflocculant has appeared cuhivating time is : Czapek medium, glutamic acid wastewater (without saccharose). The wastewater purification good purifying effect on the treatment of various wastewater. Especially on the treatment of yarn-dyed wastewater, the satisfactory effect has been achieved. The removal ratios of CODc, chroma and SS are 72%, 97.3%, 96.2%, respectively.
