英文摘要：

In recent years, socioemotional wealth framework is gradually becoming a dominant explanation perspective in family firm research. However, there are still several defects both at theoretical and empirical levels that need to be improved.This paper tries to clarify the theoretical origin of socioemotional wealth framework, and then categorizes and summarizes the latest questions and correction about this framework in order to figure out the core problems at theoretical level. Furthermore, it also makes a thorough review of existing empirical research of using this framework to identify the critical issues at empirical level, and suggests some possible improvement directions.
