在理论研究基础上,构建了创始人前摄性特质、社会网络与企业创新绩效之间的关系理论模型,运用多元回归分析方法,通过对148份制造型企业问卷调查数据的实证研究,探讨了社会网络对创新绩效的影响,以及社会网络在创始人前摄性特征和企业创新绩效关系中所起的中介作用。研究结果表明,社会网络的异质性和规模对创新绩效均有显著正影响,且它们均在创始人前摄性与企业创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。此结论深化了对创始人前摄性特质、社会网络和创新绩效三者关系的理解,为企业如何培养塑造创始人从而提升社会网络和创新绩效提供了理论参考。
We build a theoretical model about the relationship among founder's proactive personality, social networks and innovation performance based on the theoretical research. By using the method of multiple regression analysis and taking survey data from 148 questionnaires, we analyzed the relationships among them including the intermediary role of social networks between founder' s proac- tive personality and innovation performance. The results of the research show that the network heterogeneity and network size both have significantly positive influence on innovation performance. The social networks play partial intermediary roles between founder~ proac- tive personality and innovation performance. Above conclusions deepen the understanding of the relationships among the founder' s pro- active personality, social networks and innovation performance. The results also reveal the mechanism of the founder's proactive per- sonality, social networks and innovation performance, provide a theoretical reference for shaping founder's personality traits in the de- velopment model of enterprise networking.
