从兰科植物尾尖石仙桃(Pholidota protracta)全草通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和RP-18柱层析等方法分得9个化合物.利用现代波谱法结合理化分析对提纯的化合物进行结构鉴定.首次从尾尖石仙桃中分离得到gigantol,batatasin Ⅲ、3-hydroxy-5-methoxybibenzyl、dihydroconiferyl alcohol、间羟基苯甲醇、对苯二酚、水杨酸、b-谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷.
Nine compounds were obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column chromatography from the all plants of Pholidota protracta, and the chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy as well as physico-chemical analysis. These compounds were identified to be gigantol, batatasin Ⅲ, 3-hydroxy-5-methoxybibenzyl, dihydroconiferyl alcohol, 3-hydroxy benzenemethanol, hydroquinone, salicylic acid, b-sitosterol and daucosterol respectively. They were obtained from Pholidota protracta for the first time.
