On-line performance was one of the most important indices to evaluate the quality of train timetable. Redundant time layout played a vital role to reflect train timetable on-line performance. On the basis of considering interactions among various redundant time, it was designed and developed a Computer System which could automatically allocate redundant time to train activities, introduced the function structure and hierarchical structure. Finally, the System was tested in the context of a high-speed railway.
