In this paper, we not only give some properties of Wd-fuzzy implication algebras which are sub-algebra of fuzzy implication algebras, but also give a necessary and sufficient condition that an algebra （X,→,0） of type （2,0） come to be a Wd-fuzzy implication algebras. We obtain some interesting results, such as any Wd-fuzzy implication algebras are regular fuzzy implication algebras, but the inverse is not true, and any Wd-fuzzy implication algebras must not be commutative fuzzy implication algebras.
