该研究对新疆艾比湖流域进行实地野外调查,并选取典型荒漠植被胡杨,在室外测定胡杨叶片光谱反射率,将光谱数据经处理后分析光谱反射率与叶片含水率的相关性,运用逐步多元线性回归法,建立胡杨叶片含水率高光谱估算模型,并由均方根误差(RMSE)、决定系数(R^2)和残留预测偏差(RPD)来检验模型的预测能力和稳定性。结果表明:逐步多元线性回归法建立的模型适合于艾比湖流域胡杨叶片的含水率高光谱估算。反射率一阶微分光谱是检验胡杨叶片含水率较好的指标,检验R^2高达0.92、RMSE为0.013、RPD为3.13。
To estimate leaves' water content by reflectance spectra and to improve the accuracy of estimation through different kinds of pre-processing methods,so it provides a reference for recovery and estimate of the ecological environment in study area.In this paper,the correlation between leaves spectrum and its water content was analyzed in the field of measurement and analysis of leaves spectrum.Desert Populus euphratica was collected from the Ebinur Lake catchment,and hyperspectral models for estimating leaves' water content were established by stepwise multiple linear regression.Then root mean squared error(RMSE)was introduced to test the predictability and precision of the models,and coefficient of the determination(R^2),and predicting residual deviation(RPD)was used to evaluate stability of the models.The results showed that stepwise multiple linear regression(SMLR)is the optimal model for establishing relationship between leaves spectrum and leaves' water content.FDRis optimal index for predicting leaves' water content,which R^2 is 0.92,RMSE0.013 and RPD3.13.
