Liang Litao, born in 1975. He received his Ph. D degree in School of Telecommunication Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2008. He also received his B.S. degree from Beijing In stitute of Technology in 1996. His research interest is the integration of heterogeneous wireless networks and dynamic network self-management of recontigurable heterogeneous wireless network.E-mail： litao.liang@gmail.com
