运用正交试验,采用熔盐法,以天然鳞片石墨为宿主,CoCl2与FeCl3的混合物为插层剂制备三元FeCl3-CoCl2-GICs。考察了石墨与氯化物的摩尔比、CoCl2与FeCl3的摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等工艺因素对产物阶结构和主阶产量的影响,结果表明反应中FeCl3和CoCl2插入石墨层间的驱动力来自于反应体系的温度和Cl2的分压;CoCl2/FeCl3比是影响结果的最主要因素。
The process was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Ternary FeCl3 - COCl2 - GICs had been synthesized through molten salts method. The natural graphite powder was used as host material and the mixture of Co- Cl2 and FeCl3 was used as guest. The influences of the reaction temperature, the mole ratio of C to FeCl3, the mole ratio of FeCl3 to COCl2 and the prolonged reaction time on the stage structure of the resultant and the amount of the main-stage - structure product were investigated. From the characteristic of synthesis of FeCl3 - COCl2 - GICs and the result analysis, it could be concluded as followed: The dynamic by which FeCl3 and COCl2 intercalate into the graphite were the temperature and the partial pressure of Cl2 in the system;The four conditions showed above,the molar ratio of FeCl3 to COCl2 was the most important factors.
