为揭示含多电压源型换流器(voltage source converter,VSC)配电网的高频谐振特性,降低配电网发生高频谐振的风险,提出了含多VSC配电网高频谐振特性分析方法。首先,在序分量动态相量谐波分析模型的基础上,建立VSC高次特征谐波等值电路模型,从而得到含多VSC配电网高次谐波下的等值电路模型。其次,由配电网等值电路模型分别计算出系统侧端口阻抗和VSC端口阻抗,并通过端口阻抗的频率特性分析,得到配电网的高频谐振特性。然后,分析VSC接入数量和滤波器配置对高频谐振特性的影响。最后,建立含多VSC配电网的仿真模型,验证高频谐振特性分析的有效性和正确性。含多VSC配电网存在有明显的高频谐振频率,并受到VSC接入数量和滤波器配置形式的影响突出,需要规范VSC的开关频率和滤波器配置,才能降低配电网即将面临的高频谐振风险。
In order to uncover the characteristics and reduce the risk of high frequency resonance in distribution network with multiple voltage source converters(VSC),a novel approach to analyzing the high frequency resonance characteristics of distribution network with multiple VSCs is presented.Firstly,high order harmonic equivalent circuits of VSC are set up based on the harmonic analysis model with dynamic phasor sequence components(DPSCs).Thus the high frequency equivalent circuit model of the distribution network is obtained.Secondly,the port equivalent impedance of system and that of VSC are deduced,respectively.By analyzing the frequency characteristics of the port equivalent impedance,the high frequency resonance characteristics of distribution network with multiple VSCs can be derived.Thirdly,the high frequency resonance characteristics of different quantities of VSC integrated and configurations of the filters are analyzed.Finally,a simulation model for the distribution network with multiple VSCs is developed to testify the validity of the results.There is obvious high frequency resonance in the distribution network with multiple VSCs.The impact of the quantity integrated and the configurations of the filters on the resonance frequency is significant.Only by specifying the switch frequency and designation of filters of VSC,it will be possible to reduce the risk of the high frequency resonance in distribution network with multiple VSCs.
