目的:以黄芩中19种黄酮类成分含量比例为指标,考察不同采收期黄芩中黄酮类成分的动态变化,以确定药材的最佳采收期,找出最优质黄芩为临床用药标准提供依据。方法:采用梯度洗脱方法进行色谱分离,TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,Agilent),流动相乙腈与0.1%冰醋酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长276 nm,体积流量1.0 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,以面积归一化法对数据进行分析。结果:春秋两季黄芩从一年生到三年生中黄酮类成分含量比例各不相同。结论:该方法为确定黄芩最佳采收期,为全面控制黄芩药材的质量提供可靠的科学依据。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic change of flavonoid fractions in different harvesting period of Scutellariae baicalensis that use the content ratio of 19 kinds flavonoid fractions for the standard. And it can define the optimal harvesting period of medicinal materials. At the same time it can find the best Scutellariae baicalensis to provide basis for the standard of clinical medication. Method: A gradient mobile system was applied in the experiment. The I-IPLC separation was performed on a Clsanalytical column gradient eluted with acetonitrile- 0. 1% CH3 COOH, detection wavelength was set at 276 nm, at the flow rate of 1.0 mL -min-~, the temperature of column was maintained at 25 ~C and use the area normalization method for data analysis. Result: The content ratio of flavonoid fractions is different form a year to three years between spring and fall. Conclusion: The method provide reliable scientific basis for the the optimal harvesting period and quality control of S. baicalensis.
