Industrial agglomeration is the theoretical basis of urban birth and development of the industrial park, which is the present stage Industrial park competition on the external form.Research by what carding of urban industrial park industry and space development bottleneck and applying a phased plan ideas,our study puts forward the Urban industrial park space planning strategies which is the premise of stable park industrial agglomeration,and meanwhile we take Tianjin Bandi demonstration industrial park as an example for empirical research.
