用不同离子对PVA膜材料进行了改性,得到了不同结构的聚离子膜材料.在60℃下测定了的PVA聚离子膜在不同浓度的异丙醇/水体系中的溶胀特性,用气相色谱对其溶胀特性进行分析,并就离子取代对膜溶胀性能的影响进行了分析.实验结果表明离子取代后的PVA膜对异丙醇的溶解性能优于未经改性的纯PVA膜,且离子取代度的提高会使其溶解性能提高.
The polyelectrolyte pervaporation membranes with different compositions were made from PVA modi- fied with several kinds of anions and cations. The swelling properties of the polyelectrolyte membranes immersed in isopropyl alcohol - water solution, and the influences of ionic substituents on membrane swelling properties were determined by GC at 60℃. The results show that the swelling ratios of polyelectrolyte membranes are larger than that of the pure PVA membrane, and the swelling capacity of of the polyelectrolyte membrane can be increased with the raise of ionic substituting degree.
