以大型城市生活垃圾焚烧炉的灰渣为研究对象,对其表观特征、化学成分、晶相等特性进行了详细分析.结果表明:城市生活垃圾焚烧过程中沸点温度较高的、难挥发的元素在底灰和炉排灰中分布较多,而易挥发的元素则在飞灰中分布较多.垃圾焚烧固体残余物中含有某些有害物质,直接填埋或利用之前,必须进行无害化处理.焚烧炉的炉排灰和底灰中含有大量的六方晶系的α-SiO2.飞灰中存在大量的NaCl和KCl.飞灰中四方晶系的SiO2作为一种高温凝结产物而形成.
Ash deposits from incinerated municipal solid waste in the large-scale municipal solid waster (MSW) incinerator were studied, and their apparent characteristics, including chemical composition and mineralogy, were analyzed. Results indicate perature remained in the bottom ashes and grate ing temperature mainly remained in the fly ash. that the less volatile elements with high boiling temsiftings, while more volatile elements with low boil- Moreover, the concentrations of some toxic elements in the ash deposits are very high. Before these MSW incineration solid residues are directly landfilled or utilized, a pre-preatmnet is required in order to decrease the hazardous materials. In addition, the bottom ash and grate siftings were obviously heterogeneous matrices because of the different nature of MSW burned in the incinerator. The bottom ash and grate siftings were composed of great number of hexahedral crystals, α-SiO2, while the contents of NaCl and KCl were very high in the fly ash. The cristobalite SiO2 formed as high-temperature condensiation product in the fly ash.
