公共服务设施的布局优化中一般要考虑两类因子:几何因子与社会经济因子,但现有的方法大多侧重于某一类因子或者其中的部分信息。本文使用Voronoi图为主要的分析手段,给出了基于人口导向、面积导向以及人口-面积综合导向的三种不同的布局优化方法,对现有的设施点进行保留、删除或在此基础上新增服务设施点。通过反复分析,最终实现多类设施空间布局的优化。
Two kinds of factors are generally considered in the layout of public service facilities: the geometry factors and socialeconomy factors. However, the existing methods are mainly focused on one kind of factors or part information of one kind of factors. Therefore, a general algorithm that takes both kinds of factors into consideration is necessary. For this purpose, a new method based on Voronoi diagrams is proposed, which gives three different spatial analysis methods: population-oriented method, area-oriented guidance method, and population-area-oriented method. The algorithm can decide how to reserve, delete or add facilities in the process of public service facility layout, so that an optimization of the layout can be achieved finally.
