为适应社会发展,增强学生科技创新能力,培养创新型人才,通过大学生科技创新活动开展探讨了工科专业学生科技创新主要影响因素。文章从学生主体作用、指导教师素质、创新团队合作、实验室开放和学科竞赛等多个角度分析,提出主要影响因素并结合实际阐明问题解决办法,为培养科技创新人才提供新思路。
In order to adapt to the social development, enhance students’ scientific and technological innovation ability, and cultivate innovative talents, this paper explores main influence factors to the scientific and technological innovation ability of students majored in engineering carrying out through scientific and technological innovation activities. Combined with reality, this paper puts forward main influence factors and expounds problem solving methods, to provide new ideas for training scientific and technological innovation talents, from the aspects of students’ subjective role, teachers’ quality, innovation team cooperation, laboratory opening and subject contests.
