研究了纤维素在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基-咪唑乙酸盐([BMIM]CH3COO)中的溶解性能。结果表明,[BMIM]CH3COO对天然纤维素有较好的溶解能力,再生得到纤维素膜;随着溶解温度的升高,溶解时间大大缩短。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热质量损失分析(TGA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等对再生前后纤维素进行了表征。结果表明:未经活化的纤维素可直接溶于[BMIM]CH3COO中而不发生其他衍生化反应;溶解再生后的纤维素发生了晶型的变化;热稳定性有所降低;聚合度也有所下降。
The dissolution of cellulose in ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate(CH3COO) was discussed.The results show that CH3COO can dissolve natural cellulose effectively,and cellulose membrane can be obtained by regeneration.With the dissolution temperature increases,the dissolution time is greatly reduced.The both original cellulose and regenerated cellulose from CH3COO were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetry(TGA) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) measurements.The results show that the novel system is a good non-derivatizing cellulose solution.The crystal type of regenerated cellulose is changed,and the thermostability of regenerated cellulose is slightly decreased and the degree of the polymerization is degraded.
