物流服务产品概念的提出是“服务产品化”理念在物流服务领域的一次成功应用,是推动企业物流服务标准化、科学化发展的有效途径。本文采用模糊聚类方法,将物流服务产品的作业环节作为聚类对象,以样本间的内聚度最高、聚类间的耦合度最小、模块划分稳定性最强为目标,建立了基于改进模糊C均值聚类的物流服务产品模块划分模型,并设计了用于模型求解的免疫算法,最后应用Matlab软件对模型进行仿真求解。仿真结果说明,模块化设计方法在物流服务产品设计中应用简单,实用性强,求解结果科学合理;同时,该方法具有较好的通用性,亦可用于其他服务产品的模块化设计研究。
The definition of logistics service product is aroused from the concept of "Service Productization",it is a successful application in the field of logistics service and will make logistics service more standardized and scientific. In this paper,a fuzzy clustering method is used and the operation processes of service product are taken as clustering samples,the maximizing of module’s cohesion,minimizing of coupling degree among different modules,as well as the maximizing of module’s stability dependent on customer demands variation are considered as optimization objectives. Then an immune algorithm is designed to obtain the optimal solution. Finally,a case study using Matlab software is investigated. The simulation result indicates that the method has high practicability and efficiency.
