研究了麦草半化学浆的疏解和磨浆纤维特性,结果表明:麦草半化学浆在3%~4%的低浓度下疏解,浆料分解为较粗大的纤维束;疏解后的浆料浓缩至6%~7%的较高浓度下分别进行一段和两段磨浆处理,纤维充分分解成单根纤维。纤维形态、纤维长度和手抄片物理性能分析结果表明,麦草半化学浆的低浓度疏解和较高浓度下磨浆处理减少了对纤维的切断作用,较好地保留了纤维的长度,有利于提高浆纸的质量。
Fibre characteristics of wheat straw semichemical pulp after disintegrating and refining treatment were studied. The results show that wheat straw pulp was disintegrated to fibre bundles under the lower consistency of 3%-4%, and single fiber was produced by one-stage and two-stage refining treatment at higher consistency of 6%-7% after disintegration. The analysis of fibre morphology, fibre length and sheet property indicates that the cutting effect of fibre was reduced and fibre length was well preserved with lower consistency disintegration and subsequent higher consistency refining process, which was conducive to sheet property improvement.
