China University spin-offs, with the technology and talent advantages in the market competition, have demonstrated a low-level performance. The provision of China University Spin-offs （USO） survey data enabled a structural equation model for testing the relationship among China USOs＇ entrepreneurial orientation （EO） , industrial network embeddedness, and performance. The empirical results found that： the industrial network embeddedness of China USOs can enhance the level of performance; the industrial network embeddedness plays a significantly mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance; the entrepreneurial orientation of China USOs also enhance the level of performance.
