分布式控制系统(Distributed control system,DCS)是现代工业系统中实时监控子系统,负责采集系统运行的实时数据,实现生产过程的实时监控。由于DCS采集的数据集特有的海量性与高维性,使得通过整体分析全部DCS数据,从而掌握系统的综合运行状态的一切传统方法难以奏效,因此目前对于DCS数据的利用还处于原始的单点监控状态。为有效利用DCS数据判断系统的整体运行状态,将数字图像引入系统分析中,定义一个由二维欧氏平面空间和三维色彩空间联合构成的,与DCS数据所在拓扑空间同胚的乘积空间,色彩相空间。将DCS数据映射到色彩相空间,构造系统平面彩色图谱,反映复杂系统变量之间的内在联系,提出一个全新的解决思路。系统平面彩色图谱可以从宏观层面结合定性与定量将系统多变量之间的非线性、高耦合性关系直观地反映出来,从而解决复杂系统多变量关系难以建立精确的解析形式的问题,将复杂问题直观化、形象化、简单化。
Distributed control system(DCS) is a subsystem of the on-line monitor system in modern industry,which responses for collect runtime data in order to realize on-line monitor of the whole process.It is invalid for all traditional methods to get the health state of the system because of the large-scale and higher dimensional of DCS data.Hence,it is still in the primitive state,which is single point monitor state.In order to solve this problem,we define a homeomorphism product space of DCS data that named color phase space which is a Cartesian product of two-dimensional Euclidean space and three-dimensional color phase space.So mapping the DCS data to the color phase space can get a system color picture which represents the internal relationship of variables of the complex system.Hence,the system color picture reflects the relationship of nonlinear and high coupling of multiple variables of the system from the macro level of the whole system according with the method of half-qualitative and half-quantitative.It solves the problem of establish analytical relationship of multiple variables of the complex system and makes the problem become visual and simple.
