The production and application of aerial weaponry are the most important component of all life cycle.The research and analysis on the optimal cost in these two phases has a very important significance for the development plan of aerial weaponry and the national defense budget polices.The cost evaluation criterion of the production and application of aerial weaponry are given,and some measures are proposed to achieve the optimal cost.
