Performance testing of a Video Conference Server needs massive virtual clients and realistic traffic. This paper proposes a method to generate massive virtual clients and realistic traffic for performance testing of Video Conference Server. The approach exploits the Windows I/O Completion Port （IOCP）. It＇s designing and implementation details are described in this paper. Analysis and experimental results prove that this approach is accurate and cost-effective in testing performance of Video Conference Server.
