在阐述当代我国农业劳动力变动机理的基础上,利用三次农村社会调查资料,着重就农业劳动力规模和结构现状及变动趋势进行了相关分析。结论表明：农业劳动力规模呈不断下降趋势,25岁以下农村劳动力基本不再从事农业,25~35岁年龄段农业劳动力严重不足,农业劳动力的“老龄化”、“女性化”趋势不断强化,尽管农业劳动力受教育水平有所提高,但低于农村劳动力平均水平的状况依旧存在。

Based on the mechanism of agricultural labor force changes in contemporary China, using the data of three rural social investigations, this paper analyses the current situation and trends of agricultural labor force＇s scale and structure. Results indicate that agricultural labor＇s scale is declining, rural labor force under the age of 25 basically no longer join the agriculture, agricultural labor force between the age of 25 to 35 is insufficient, the ＂aging＂ and ＂feminization＂ trends is strengthening. Although the educational level of agricultural labor force is improved, it is still below the average level of rural labor.
