英文摘要：
Single factor and orthogonal design are utilized respectively to optimize the extracting process of ergosterol from Beauveria bassiana. The results show that the optimum conditions are as the following： chloroform is to be used as solvent with an extraction rate of 1：250（g/mL）, and ultrasonic reaction time is to be 30 minutes. Under these conditions about 7mg of ergosterol is to be extracted form lg of dry mycelium.
