针对现有航空发动机点火系统采用一机一型,各型发动机点火系统不能互换的现状,提出了发动机点火系统技术改进方案,给出了一种通用点火系统的电路结构和快速专用化整定方法,并利用Multism软件进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,该航空发动机通用点火系统能够通过快速整定,满足各型发动机点火技术参数要求。该技术对于提高航空发动机备件的通用性,简化发动机的维护体系,提高战机的出勤率有重大影响。
A technical improvement scheme for aviation engine ignition system is proposed, due to the reason that the existing aircraft engine ignition system uses one machine type and the present situation that the engine ignition systems can not be interchangeable. A general ignition circuit structure and fast special setting method are presented, both of which have been simulated by Muhism software. The simulation results show that the general ignition system for aero-engines can meet the require- ments of ignition technology parameters for all engines by quick setting. The technology has significant influence in improving the generality of aero-engine spare parts, simplifying the engine maintenance system and increasing the warplanes' attendance.
