Thirty years since reform and opening-up, the Chinese old-style agricultural management has been confronted with new challenges, and new agricultural management system has emerged. Building the new agricultural management system is a benefit-and-risk-sharing systematic project, which needs extensive participation and sincere cooperation of interest groups. At the present stage, the basic ideas of building the new agricultural management system should be that, under the premise of guaranteeing the fundamental rights and interests of farmers, we take such series of reform measures as cultivation specialization, production organization, service socialization in China, in order to promote intensive production and management of agriculture, in hope of rural vitality enhancement, farmers＇ income improvement and agricultural economy prosperity.
