为了评价长白落叶松木材作为纸浆材的管胞力学强度,采用单纤维拉伸技术开展了长白落叶松早晚材单根管胞拉伸力学性能研究。结果表明,长白落叶松早材单根管胞拉伸弹性模量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的均值分别为9.64 GPa、714.05 MPa及6.01%,晚材的均值分别为12.74 GPa、963.85 MPa、和8.60%。方差分析表明长白落叶松早晚材间单根管胞拉伸弹性模量、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率存在极显著差异(0.01水平),晚材单根管胞力学性能显著高于早材;单根管胞弹性模量和拉伸强度在径向年轮间的变异极显著(0.01水平),断裂伸长率在年轮间的差异性不显著。在株内径向上,长白落叶松单根管胞力学性质均随着年轮的增加而增加;在株内纵向上,单根管胞拉伸的弹性模量和拉伸强度变异性极显著(0.01水平),而断裂伸长率在纵向上的变异性不显著。该结论为长白落叶松木材的适材适用和定向培育提供了理论依据。
In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of single tracheids sampled from mature wood of Larix olgensi Henry,tensile testing method was involved.The results show that the mechanical properties of the single tracheids of early-wood tracheids,including the modulus of elasticity,tensile strength and breaking elongation,were 9.64 GPa,714.05 MPa and 6.01%,respectively;and 12.74 GPa,963.85 MPa,and 8.60% of the latewood tracheids.According to analyzing the data by anova analysis method,there was significant difference(P0.01) between early and late wood tracheids in properties of mechanics,and latewood trachieds owned higher qualities of mechanics.It was clear that the modulus of elasticity and tension strength were significantly different(P0.01) among rings of wood tracheids,whereas the breaking elongation of single tracheids showed no significant difference.In radial direction,the mechanical properties of single trachieids were increased with the ring grading.The modulus of elasticity and tension strength of single tracheids were significantly different(P0.01) in longitudinal,whereas there was no significant difference of single tracheids in the breaking elongation.The conclusion would provide a theoretical basis for Larix olgensi in selecting and cultivating.
