The importance of secured transaction reform was analyzed for expansion of access to finance in the Chinese rural areas.The international background of the collateral law and registry reform especially in developing countries and emerging economies was introduced.Both the practices and cases on the secured transaction reform and its impact on rural financial innovation and rural financial supply were analyzed.And a qualitative study on land collateral reform and its reform was made based on the cases from Zaozhuang,a city in Shandong province and Pingnan,a county in Fujian province.
