In the course of the development of supply chain, MC/MP supply chain is a vital stage between MP supply chain and MC supply chain. Considering the fact of MC/MP enterprises＂ existing, the concept of MC/MP supply chain is given, the model structure, sort and characteristics of the MC/MP supply chain are studied, and the management measures of MC/MP supply chain are presented based on the assembly enterprise.
