休闲绿道资源与服务业态共生发展模式研究

绿道资源以其不同地方环境的形态和不可复制性,成为社会消费者越来越喜欢的户外游憩资源,在这样的背景下如何对绿道进行有效的管理,受到了地方政府以及相关投资者的关注。绿道休闲开发是绿道休闲产品经营实体和部门将可持续发展的观念注入营销的理念和活动过程,它要求产品的定价、促销、分销在满足个人和组织的消费目标的同时,满足自然、社会、经济可持续发展和人与自然和谐的需求。认为绿道休闲不仅包括休闲规划与休闲活动的生态化,也应包括休闲服务的生态化,为绿道休闲提供生态服务业,绿道休闲产品消费应该有利于资源绿色质量维持与保护的消费行为,是一种健康的消费方式,目的在于保持绿道资源的可持续利用,使消费力度控制在绿道生态环境的承载能力之内。绿道与服务业态在城市这个共同环境下存在一定的互动与联系。就休闲绿道资源与服务业态正反向关系进行分析可发现两者间存在一种微妙的共生关系,根据共生程度的不同,它又可划分成4种共生发展模式。通过建立绿网、深挖资源、智慧绿道3个方向营造共生环境,激发共生界面活力,构建共生发展机制。这种共生模式对共生双方乃至整个绿道经济都具有重要意义。提出的共生模式只是绿道休闲开发的第一步。对如何为绿道休闲提供一整套实施的方法和工具,如何评价绿道休闲中的绩效等还需进一步进行探讨和研究。

英文摘要:

Greenway exists to meet people's growing demand of greenery, as city develops. The existing researches mainly focus on the theoretical introduction, greenway construction design and government management. However, few attentions are paid to the service industry operation format around the greenway, and the spatial structure of service system. No independent theory system is established; same with the relationship between greenway resources usage and related service industry development: City leisure greenway is the rational option and linear combination of people's stay and consumption, is also the social cultural and geographic economy phenomenon with typical spatial nature. The concept of co-development with resources and industry status gives new way of thinking to greenway management, basing on which, the aim of this research is to establish common development mode for spatial service industry, so as to provide theoretical basis and blue print for greenway construction and management in other districts. This research also analyses from three aspects: The relationship between leisure greenway resources and service industry status from the angle of symbiosis theory; the courses of their development, as well as their theory and methods of spatial symbiosis mode; example research by factor analysis.
