英文摘要：

Objective： To evaluate the impact of national essential medicine system （NEMS） implementation in township hospitals of Hubei Province. Methods： Selecting the indicators to reflect the effect of NEMS evaluation from the 2011 database in Hubei Province and constructing the evaluation system through using factor analysis. Results： Factors of affordability, rational use of medicines and availability are the three public factors influencing performance evaluation. Conclusion： The first batch of township hospitals in Hubei Province achieve the best implementation effect of NEMS while the third batch of township hospitals achieve the worst.
