The construction of public cultural services has been risen to the national strategic level, and the public cultural policy system is continuously enriched and improved. Based on the comprehensive review of public cultural policy and statistical analysis by contents, the research finds policies mainly focus on the construction and management of public cultural facilities and public cultural economics. It explores the status and problems of public cultural finance and tax policy as well as social force participation in public culture. Therefore, it puts forward some suggestions of proposing legislation to promote public culture, enhancing the efficiency of financial support, encouraging innovation on the forms of social forces participation and strengthening cultural economic policy evaluation.
