以新一代高速动车组中间车车体为研究对象,在车体结构的三维几何模型的基础上,利用大型通用建模软件Hypermesh进行前处理,建立了车体有限元模型,并以Ansys软件进行了分析求解.首先对车体的典型荷载工况进行分析,给出静强度评估;其次通过对车体进行模态分析以及根据近似理论的计算,给出了理论估计值和模态分析值的刚度评估,为车体结构的实际设计和优化提供了有效的参考依据.
The middle car body of a new generation high-speed EMU is studied. A finite element analysis model is constructed using software Hypermesh, and the model data is imported into ANSYS software to ob- taine solutions. The static mechanic behaviors of the middle car body under some typical load cases are ana- lyzed, and the evaluation of static strengthen is determined. The dynamic stiffness evaluation is presented by comparing the results of numerical simulation of natural vibration modal with approximate theory, which pro-vides an effective reference for practical design and structural optimization of the car body.
