针对大型球面模胎质量评定和控制要求,建立了球面模胎质量控制方法的数学模型,以最小二乘拟合法为基础,以球面轮廓度误差和尺寸误差作为综合控制参数,确定了加工参数与最小修模量之间的函数关系。实验结果表明:该算法收敛速度快,精度高,对大型球面模型的加工质量控制具有指导意义。
According to the quality evaluation and control requirement of large-scale spherical mould,a mathematical model of spherical mould quality control method is established,and the functional relationship between the processing parameters and the least die repairing amount is built,based on the least square method,taking spherical profile error and dimension error as comprehensive controlling parameters. The final experimental results show that this algorithm is good in convergence rate and convergence precision,and it has directive significance for processing quality control of large-scale spherical mould.
