为解决传统轴类零件变型设计知识在异构系统中难以共享和重用的问题,提出一种基于本体的轴类零件变型设计方法。利用网络本体语言OWL定义轴类零件变型设计的概念与关系,建立变型设计本体。采用语义网络规则语言SWRL定义变型设计的约束知识,构建轴类零件变型设计知识库,实现了尺寸信息与公差信息的推理。本设计方法为进一步开发基于本体的变型设计系统,实现变型设计知识在异构系统之间的顺畅传递与共享奠定了基础。
The traditional variant design knowledge can not be shared and reused in shaft parts variant design,an ontology-based variant design method of shaft parts is presented.First,variant design knowledge of shaft parts is analyzed,and the concepts,relations and constraint conditions are extracted.Then,the extracted concepts and relations are defined with web ontology language(OWL)and the extracted constraint conditions are defined with semantic web rule language(SWRL),the variant design ontology is built.And further the knowledge base of shaft parts is built,the inference of dimension and tolerance information is implemented and the steps of variant design for shaft parts are presented.It provides foundation to the development of ontology-based variant design system and smooth transfer of variant design knowledge among heterogeneous systems.
