在分析现有评价SBS改性沥青低温性能方法的基础上,提出了采用玻璃化转变温度Tg来评价SBS改性沥青的低温性能,并对相应的试验仪器(动态剪切流变仪)和试验方法进行了介绍。应用动态剪切流变仪实测了7种SBS改性沥青的Tg,并且进行了相应的沥青混合料试验验证。结果表明:玻璃化转变温度Tg物理意义明确,测试方法简便,与混合料的测试结果相关性较好,适合于评价SBS改性沥青的低温性能。
Based on the method evaluating the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt at present, the glass transition temperature Tg was recommended to appraise the low temperature performance of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt. Then, the relevant test equipments- dynamic shear rheometer and test methods were introduced. Furthermore, Tg values of seven SBS modified asphalts were tested by dynamic shear rheometer and the results were validated by the low temperature performance of modified asphalt mixture. The result indicates that Tg has a clear physical meaning, handy test method and good relation to the results of asphalt mixture. So Tg is proper to evaluate the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt.
